Bland Class Sunday

Join us as we celebrate an extra-special Bland Class Sunday! Why is it even more special than normal? Because FIFTY years ago this spring, Joe and Emily Bland took over as teachers of the class, known then as the Special Education Class. It is our privilege to honor the dedication and love – five decades worth! - that the Bland family has for this wonderful ministry of FUMC. We will celebrate this special Sunday on March 19 during all 3 worship services. Everyone is invited to a covered-dish luncheon in the Fellowship Hall following the 10:55am service. If you would like to attend the luncheon and bring a covered-dish, please R.S.V.P. to Emily and Susie Bland (889-5555 or sbland@northstate.net). We would love to have a big crowd during worship and at the luncheon so we can show our wonderful Bland Class friends, and the Bland family, how much they mean to FUMC!

It's not too late to make your reservation for the luncheon! Even if you forget to make a reservation, we would still love to have you - just bring along a dish to share with everyone!
